RETURN POLICY:
Please email and explain the situation and reason for return. ALL RETURNS ARE CHARGED A MINIMUM 25% CHARGE PLUS OUR SHIPPING COSTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any return that MAY be allowed must be properly packaged to avoid damage, insured, and shipped Pre-Paid. No returns will be considered after 7 days from the date of delivery. Any product returned in damaged or used condition will have a minimum 35% charge, plus our shipping costs. All returned items are subject to our inspection prior to any credit. Issuing Credit will normally be in the form of our Company Check and will be processed within 2 weeks of our inspection.
